Today I came late. I went looking for my class because they weren’t at the classroom. I remembered that every morning we have to go to the field and play volleyball. The others they go and practice with Mrs Ramkalawan in Netball. After that We had to go to the hall and bake jam turn over. After that we have to go into our class and finish off our work. Just then Mrs Lammas came with the tray. Mrs calls out our name. When mrs calls out my name I ran up to her and got my jam turn over. I took my jam turn over put it to my mouth and munch it. It was delicious and very crispy. I could smell the apricot jam which it smells yum. I wanted to have another one.

Ingredients:
  • Jam
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Knives
  • Forks
  • Pastry

Here are the Steps:

Step 1: Take the pastry and make it flat on a plastic bag.

Step 2: Cut the Pastry it to quarters.

Step 3: Take one pastry and put it into your baking paper.

Step 4: Take the half jam in your spoon and place it in the centre of your pastry.

Step 5: Fold the pastry into a triangle.

Step 6: Take a cooking brush and dip it into a bowl of milk.

Step 7: Spread the milk around your pastry.

Step 8: Take a spoon of sugar and sprinkle it around your pastry.

Step 9: Put it on to a tray and put it on the oven for like about 30 minutes.

Step 10: After 30 minutes you take it out.
